Application Scope:
The falling-film + forced circulation MVR evaporation crystallizer is mainly used in: textile dyeing industry, chemical industry, oilfield wastewater treatment, fermentation industry, and zero-discharge chemical wastewater treatment. It is suitable for evaporation and crystallization of complex compositions, crystallizable substances, high-viscosity liquids, and solutions containing insoluble solids.
Working Principle:
This system combines falling-film evaporation with forced circulation evaporation, making it suitable for large-volume, low-concentration evaporation crystallization processes. The initial stage employs falling-film evaporation for primary volume reduction until near-saturation state, followed by forced circulation evaporation for crystallization. The crystals are then separated by centrifugation, with the mother liquor returned to the forced circulation system for further concentration, achieving "zero discharge" of mother liquor.
