1. Provide a copy of the business license;
2. Provide the legal representative's identity certificate or letter of authorization, a copy of the ID card of the legal representative or authorized agent (with official seal);
3. Bidders need to provide a written statement that they have no bribery criminal record in their business activities in the three years before participating in the procurement activities; a written statement that they have no major illegal record in their business activities in the three years before participating in government procurement activities; and provide a printout or screenshot of the credit information query result webpage obtained by querying their above-mentioned credit records through the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and the China Government Procurement Website (www.ccgp.gov.cn) after the release date of the bidding announcement for this project (both must indicate the query result URL).
4. Suppliers need to provide the social security payment situation of their team members for any one month (excluding the bidding month) within half a year before the bidding deadline, and provide the detailed list of employee social security payments printed and stamped by the social security center.
5. No major asset-related litigation in the past three years.
6. No major illegal record in business activities in the three years before participating in this procurement activity.
