Application Scope:
The rising-film evaporator is suitable for low-temperature continuous evaporation and concentration in industries such as herbal medicine extraction, alcohol production, beverages, bio-fermentation, and waste liquid recovery.

Working Principle:
The feed liquid is continuously introduced at the bottom and rises a short distance. After preheating, the liquid begins to boil, generating bubbles and forming a gas-liquid mixture. The secondary steam carries droplets upward at high speed in a swirling motion along the tube center, while the unevaporated liquid is drawn into a thin film along the tube walls—hence the name "rising-film evaporator." The evaporated mixture and secondary steam exit from the top into a separator, where the concentrated liquid is discharged from the bottom. The secondary steam is compressed to increase pressure and temperature (enhancing its enthalpy), then enters the heating chamber to heat the feed liquid. The condensed steam releases latent heat as it turns into condensate.

Main Features:
● Short residence time (seconds to tens of seconds) with minimal liquid holdup, ideal for heat-sensitive materials.
● Simple structure and easy maintenance.
● Particularly suitable for heat-sensitive materials (e.g., food, pharmaceuticals) and small-scale projects (0.5T–5T).
● Compact footprint, with total height under 5 meters, fitting low-ceiling facilities.
● Unsuitable for crystallizing or scaling-prone solutions.
