  • Single-Effect Forced Circulation Evaporation Crystallizer

Application Scope:
The forced circulation evaporator is suitable for evaporation and concentration of scaling-prone, crystallizing, high-viscosity materials containing insoluble solids in industries such as chemicals, food processing, pharmaceuticals, environmental protection, and waste liquid recovery.

Working Principle:
The forced circulation evaporation crystallizer consists of two main components: a heating chamber and a crystallizer. A circulation pump drives the liquid through the tubes at a velocity of 1–3 m/s, heating it to 1–3°C above its normal boiling point. Upon entering the separator, the liquid undergoes rapid pressure reduction, causing partial flash evaporation. The secondary steam generated is either directed to the next evaporation stage for heating or to the condenser.

Main Features:
● Stable and energy-efficient operation with low steam consumption
● High concentration ratio, enabling effective evaporation of viscous liquids
● Extended operation cycles – Boiling and evaporation occur in the separator rather than on heating surfaces, minimizing scaling and deposits in the tubes
● Uniform heating and high heat transfer coefficient** through forced circulation, preventing "dry-wall" phenomena
