  • Waste Heat Utilization Evaporator

Application Scope:
In chemical, light industry, and food processing plants, production processes inevitably generate low-grade waste heat, such as power plant superheated steam, high-temperature waste steam from industrial processes, exhaust gases from drying equipment, high-temperature flue gases from boilers, high-temperature chemical wastewater, and high-temperature secondary steam. Through proper design, these waste heat sources can be effectively reused in evaporation systems.

Working Principle:
Liquid waste heat can be utilized either through sensible heat transfer to materials or by flash evaporation to recover latent heat. Gaseous waste heat can directly provide latent heat. Depending on utilization efficiency, waste heat evaporators can significantly reduce or even eliminate the need for fresh steam, substantially lowering operational costs and overall plant energy consumption.

Main Features:
● Advanced and reliable process technology
● Low energy consumption and reduced production costs
● High degree of automation
● Complete recovery and utilization of waste heat
