Application Scope:
The 4-effect + TVR falling-film evaporator is suitable for low-temperature continuous evaporation and concentration in industries including glucose, starch, xylose, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, bioengineering, environmental engineering, and waste liquid recovery.

Working Principle:
Part of the secondary steam from the separator is driven by high-pressure working steam into the thermal vapor recompressor (TVR), where it is mixed, heated and pressurized before entering the heating chamber as heating steam to heat the feed liquid. The remaining steam enters the condenser and is discharged after condensation. The heating steam condenses into water in the heating chamber and is discharged.
