Application Scope:
This product is suitable for materials with large boiling point elevation that require significant heating temperature differences, such as evaporation crystallization of high-concentration saline wastewater including sodium chloride, sodium sulfate, and ammonium sulfate wastewater.
Working Principle:
Part of the secondary steam from the separator is driven by high-pressure working steam into the ejector, where it is mixed, heated and pressurized before entering the heating chamber as heating steam to heat the material. The other part enters the condenser and is discharged after condensation. The heating steam condenses into water in the heating chamber and is discharged.
Main Features:
• Large concentration ratio and forced circulation design enable easy flow evaporation of high-viscosity materials
• Uniform heating in tubes prevents dry-wall phenomenon and scaling
• Material enters the separator for separation, enhancing separation effect and providing greater operational flexibility for the entire equipment
• Disadvantages: higher power consumption due to two series-connected compressors
• System has high material holdup and low heat transfer coefficient
