Application Scope:
Aiming at the current operating status of domestic traditional multi-effect evaporators with high energy consumption, the transformation of traditional multi-effect systems into MVR evaporation systems shows significant energy-saving effects compared to conventional multi-effect evaporation systems. Mainly applied to the transformation of traditional multi-effect equipment in industries such as chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, environmental protection, papermaking, and dyeing.
Working Principle:
In traditional multi-effect evaporation equipment, the external fresh steam has high temperature and large heat exchange temperature difference, resulting in high energy consumption. The existing equipment can be transformed into MVR evaporators. Due to the limitations of the original equipment's heat exchange area, two compressors need to be connected in series to meet the process requirements, achieving significant energy-saving effects.
