Application Scope:  
To meet the needs of customers in different industries, our company has introduced multi-process combination evaporators. Based on customers' material characteristics and process requirements, we adopt a multi-process combination approach to integrate the advantages of various evaporators, making the evaporation process more reasonable. Mainly applied to evaporation of large-volume, heat-sensitive, and high-viscosity liquids.

Working Principle:  
This combined evaporation method organically integrates the advantages of falling-film evaporation and forced circulation (FC) crystallizers. This evaporation process breaks through the limitations of single evaporation processes while expanding the application range of evaporators. The feed liquid is concentrated to a certain degree in the falling-film evaporator before entering the forced circulation evaporation crystallizer for further concentration and crystallization. Finally, the crystallized salt slurry is extracted from the crystallizer to the centrifuge for separation.
